Delivery

ALL PURU orders are Tracked & We will provide you with tracking email with tracking number after you have made your order. 

We offer worldwide delivery with some small restrictions and have distribution centres in US, EU Canada, UK, EU, Brazil, Mexico, Japan, Australia and your order will be processed instantly.  Our products on puru.com are printed and shipped to order so can take some time and you can expect 5-10 business days and a bit longer depending on the delivery address and country.

All US, EU, Canada, UK, Brazil, Mexico, Japan, Australia deliveries are sent from our respective distribution centres so NO import duties are expected for shipping to these countries. Shipping addresses outside these countries could be subject to import duties depending on the country of destination. 


Shipping FAQs

How long will my order take to arrive?

The products on puru.com are made to order which is more ecological but does increase shipping times slightly. The above delivery times are estimates only. We ship your package as soon as possible after you order has been received and depending on times of the year the number of working days to deliver can take longer. This is especially at times around public holidays or restrictions and availability of transport networks or public infrastructure.

Can I change my shipping address after my order has been dispatched?

Unfortunately not, as soon as your order has left our warehouse we are unable to change any of the details. Always be sure to double check your order details and notify our customer service team at chat@puru.ch as soon as you realise something is incorrect. Puru Suisse will not be liable for orders missing due to incorrect or incomplete address details.

How do I track my order?

You can track your order using the tracking number and link provided to you in your shipping confirmation email. If for any reason, this is not working or you are having trouble finding these details, please contact us.

Can I use a P.O Box as my shipping address?

NOTE: Please be aware that currently our estimated shipping times can experience unexpected delays in reaching the final destination. We ask you to please be patient with our shipping partners and especially during any disruptive events or period where any delays with shipping are largely out of our control. If you would like to expedite your order and have faster delivery times then please place your order and use our contact form to specify your preference and we will endeavour to fulfil your additional requirements.
